3 SoCalGas and SDG&E filed A.08-002-001 requesting authority to revise their rates effective January 1, 2009 in their Biennial Cost Allocation Proceeding. That BCAP (A.08-02-001) resulted in D. 09-11-006 wherein, the Commission adopted a Settlement Agreement of parties. Among other provisions, the adopted Settlement Agreement changed the term of the Cost Allocation Proceeding filing to every 3 years - a Triennial Cost Allocation Proceeding (TCAP).
