ORDERING PREPARATION OF WATER SUPPLY AUGMENTATION PLAN

1. Summary

This decision is a companion to Decision 10-06-027 approving a settlement between the parties that provided for a service connection for Complainant. Today's decision finds that Point Arena Water Works, Inc. must take additional steps to determine the demand for additional service connections in its Whiskey Shoals service area and develop a supply augmentation plan to provide these service connections.
