DECISION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
1. Summary of the Decision
This decision approves the Settlement Agreement between Southern California Edison Company (Edison) and the Division of Ratepayer Advocates on the 2007 Wind and Firestorm Catastrophic Events Memorandum Account.1 The amount to be included in Edison's revenue requirement for recovery from ratepayers provided in the Settlement Agreement reflects a 22% reduction in Edison's initial request.
