CPUC PRESENTS FERC COMMISSIONER MOELLER
AT THOUGHT LEADERS SPEAKER SERIES

SAN FRANCISCO, February 23, 2010-- The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) today announced that Commissioner Phillip D. Moeller of the Federal Regulatory Energy Commission (FERC) will lead an interactive discussion at the CPUC's upcoming 21^st Century Thought Leaders in Essential Industries Speaker Series event. The public is invited and reservations are not required for this informative session.
