On December 6, 2006, Sidney Dietz, Manager, Regulatory Relations, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), had a telephone conversation with Kelly Hymes, advisor to Cmmr. Grueneich. Dietz explained that PG&E supports the draft decision. Dietz stated that the CARE processing, certification, and verification budget presented in the application does not include funds for online applications, and should not be reduced from the amount proposed. Dietz further noted that PG&E's contract with RHA was indeed competitively bid as a part of an RFP, and that the contract should not be cut short.
