SUMMARY: On November 29, 2007, James, Squeri, counsel for California Building Industry Association ("CBIA") met with Robert Mason, advisor to Cmmr. Simon in San Francisco. Also present was Carl Lower, consultant to CBIA. Written material (attached to the notice) was used. CBIA representatives discussed the proposed decision ("PD") of ALJ O'Donnell which denies the application of CBIA to eliminate the requirement that applicant designers of electric and gas line extension facilities have their drawings stamped and certified by a licensed professional engineer (PE).
