SUMMARY: On September 26, 2007 Diana Lee of the Division of Ratepayer Advocates (DRA), Legal Division met with ALJ Bemesderfer in San Francisco. Lee explained that DRA supported an approach to PacifiCorp's energy efficiency activities that recognized the scale of PacifiCorp's California activities, but was concerned about the apparent high level of administrative costs proposed in it application and other issues that DRA raised in its protest. Lee pointed out that DRA would be meeting with PacifiCorp next week and would discuss issues related to the application at that time.
