SUMMARY: On November 27, 2007 Michael R. Hoover, Director for Southern California Edison Company (SCE), met with Robert Kinosian, advisor to Cmmr. Bohn in San Francisco. Hoover discussed the fact that SCE expects to be over-collected in its Energy Resource Recovery Account (ERRA) for the 2007 calendar year. Hoover explained that the ERRA over-collection is predominantly due to the fact that natural gas prices are lower than originally forecast by SCE. Hoover told Kinosian that SCE would be requesting the Commission to defer a portion of the ERRA over collection until 2009.
