Within 10 days of this ruling, California-American Water Company (Cal-Am) shall file an update report in Application (A.) 08-01-024 and A.08-01-027 that proposes specific adjustments to the allocation methodologies for General Office, to include amortization of the Citizens' acquisition premium, and shared Coastal Division costs that are due to the pending sale of the Felton District. (2). Cal-Am shall address all other matters that result from its settlement agreement in the eminent domain proceeding in a new application to be filed within 60 days. (3). Within 15 days of this ruling, an opportunity is provided for any interested party to file comments on whether anything further needs to be litigated in this proceeding.
