separate meetings in San Francisco. Also present at the meeting with Pres.
Peevey were Nancy Ryan and Andrew Schwartz, advisors to Pres. Peevey; Andrew
Campbell, advisor to Cmmr. Chong; Stephen St. Marie, advisor to Cmmr. Bohn, and
present in both meetings were, Simon Minett, consultant with Delta Energy and
Environment; Debbie Chance with Chevron, U.S.A.; and Jim Mosher with Aera
Energy, L.L.C. Written materials (attached to the notice) were used. Minett
explained that CHP presents a unique set of circumstances in constructing a GHG
regulatory framework as CHP is on both the supply and demand sides of the
economy. Minett highlighted the benefits of CHP and discussed measures that
could be employed to avoid complexity in the treatment of CHP for GHG purposes.
Minett explained that CHP reduces California emissions tally by 11MMt of C02 or
22 MMt of C02 year. Minett further explained that CHP could bring an additional
