ORDER CORRECTING ERRORS IN DECISION (D.) 06-01-024
The Commission has been informed that D.06-01-024, issued January 12, 2006, inadvertently included a table estimating rate impacts that assumed incorrect customer demand. (Appendix A, Table 3: Estimated Average Annual Bill Impacts of 2006 CSI Revenue Requirement on Gas and Electric Rates, p. 13.)
Therefore, pursuant to Resolution A-4661, IT IS ORDERED that on page 13 of Appendix A to Decision 06-01-024, Table 3 is deleted and replaced with the new Table 3 appended hereto.
This order is effective today.
Dated January 17, 2006, at San Francisco, California.
