|
Description:
Summary: On March 29, 2001, Edward W. O?Neill, outside counsel for Metromedia Fiber Network Services, Inc. (MFNS), had a telephone communication with ALJ Thomas. O?Neill stated that MFNS? petition for modification seeks two different forms of relief: approval to construct specific route changes, laterals and customer connections to MFNS? San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles area networks; and approval of a procedure for more expeditious approval of future route changes, laterals and customer connections. O?Neill further stated that if it appears likely that a decision on the matter will be delayed much longer, MFNS may want to request an interim decision.
