On March 19, 2002, John Clarke, Regulatory Relations of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), met with Belinda Gatti, advisor to Cmmr. Brown, Kevin Coughlan, advisor to Cmmr. Peevey, and Lynne McGhee, advisor to Cmmr. Duque, in three separate meetings in San Francisco. At the meeting with Belinda Gatti, also present was Robert Wullenjohn, advisor to Cmmr. Brown, and with Kevin Coughlan - Julie Fitch, advisor to Cmmr. Peevey; Shirley Woo, Attorney for PG&E, participated in all three meetings. PG&E's comments (attached to the notice) filed on March 18, 2002 were used. Clarke stated that ALJ Duda's proposed decision appeared to satisfactorily clarify the Commission's interpretation of legitimate uses of license agreements under General Order 69-C for wireless telecommunications attachments and facilities. Woo emphasized that PG&E included in its comments exemplary photocopies of wireless antenna facilities.
