In the second meeting with Kevin Coughlan also participated Timothy Sullivan, advisor to Cmmr. Kennedy, and Lenard Weiss, counsel for Cal-Am. Cal-Am representatives discussed the attestation that ALJ Walwyn has ordered Cal-Am to file; the rate shock rationale for not deferring Special Requests Number 2 and Number 3 in A05-02-012, and the proposed consolidation of the Monterey and Felton Districts in A05-02-012.
