Lorenz expressed SDG&E's strong support for the AMI settlement and proposed decision (PD) adopting it and suggested that the PD be modified to order SDG&E to file appropriate advice letters. Lorenz recommended that the avoided cost and demand response benefit estimates used for analytical purposes in the PD not be precedential. Blattner subsequently sent electronically written materials (attached to the notice) to advisor Atamturk.

LATE FILED. On June 16, 2005, Dana Appling, Director of the Office of Ratepayer Advocates (ORA), met with Cmmr. Grueneich in San Francisco. Also present were Aaron Johnson, advisor to Cmmr.
