Description:
On June 27, 2005, Marc Joseph, attorney for the Coalition of California Utility Employees (CUE), participated in a telephone conversation with Aaron Johnson, advisor to Cmmr. Grueneich. Joseph explained the reason for the different position of CUE in the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) AMI proceedings. Joseph noted that PG&E has presented a case showing that AMI would be cost effective and had agreed to measures to protect utility employees that would be adversely affected. SDG&E has done neither.
