Ice Energy's representatives urged the Commission to approve the integrated demand response proposal based on air conditioning thermal storage technology that is described in Ice Energy's September 15, 2006, comments. Ice Energy also stated that the Commission should seriously consider approving the type of air conditioning thermal storage demand response program proposed by the California Community College System.

EnerNOC also supported the utilities' proposals to increase the Technical Incentives to $250 per kW.
