Adopts an uncontested settlement agreement that authorizes Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to recover contributions to its employee pension plan during 2006-2009. Also, declines to adopt the proposal by The Utility Reform Network to allow PG&E to place up to 50% of its Pension trust's equity investments in securities issued by the utility companies that PG&E used to support its requested return on equity of 11.50% in Application 05-05-006.
