Peevey, in San Francisco. Jeanne Armstrong, Counsel to EnCana Corporation and Wild Goose Storage Inc. participated in the meeting by telephone. Written material (attached to the notice) was used. Armstrong and O'Neill stated that Joint Applicants support the Proposed Decision's (PD) disposition of the request for authorization. O'Neill further stated that it is very important that the Commission issue its decision at its meeting of November 9, 2006. O'Neill added, however, that several corrections and clarifications should be made to the PD.
