That Garrapata Water Company, a California Corporation, (Defendant) be removed as the public utility supplying water to the service area described in the complaint; and, 2. That Garrapata Mutual Water Company, a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation, (Complainant) be appointed the new water purveyor within that Service Area; and, 3. That Complainant take possession of all of defendant's water system plant, equipment and other assets, including the infrastructure, easements and water rights without assuming any of defendant's liabilities; and, 4. For any other and further relief as the Commission may deem proper.
