Description:
vs. US TelePacific Corporation (U5721C) and Utility Telephone, Inc. (U5807C) for the following orders: 1. that defendants, and each of them, immediately take any and all necessary actions to ensure that complainant's Local Service Requests (LSRs) are timely and efficiently processed; and, 2. that defendant, Utility Telephone, Inc., submit LSRs that are in compliance with Commission and FCC rules and policies, respectively; and, 3. that defendant TelePacific immediately cease and desist from imposing anti-competitive and discriminatory guidelines on complainant's LSRs; and, 4. that defendant TelePacific immediately refund, credit or pay to complainant any amount plus interest it overcharged complainant, including amounts it would have saved had the LSRs of complainant been timely and properly processed; and, 5. that defendants, and each of them, make and pay any and all refunds, reparations and penalties available under Sections 734, 2107, 2108 and 2113 or other applicable Public Utilities Code sections; and
