Bell Atlantic Communications, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Long Distance (U5732C), and MCI Communications Services Inc. dba Verizon Business Services (U5378C) Complainant v. Central Telephone Company-Nevada d/b/a Embarq Defendant. [ for the following relief: (1).
