SUMMARY: On September 20, 2007, Rashid A. Rashid, Attorney for the Division of Ratepayer Advocates (DRA) had a telephone conversation with ALJ Malcolm. ALJ Malcolm asked Rashid how DRA computed the $10 per year spent on eligible households for the Low Income Energy Efficiency ("LIEE") Programs as set forth on page five of DRA's Comments dated April 27, 2007. Rashid informed ALJ Malcolm that DRA divided the 3.3 million customers from the 2007-2008 LIEE budget of $315,309,442 to reach the approximate figure of $10/household.
