Below is the May 19, 2006 email that the Electric Generation Performance Branch sent to the Generating Asset Owners regarding the schedule for recertification of compliance with the Logbook and Maintenance Standards and for filing of the Maintenance Plan Summary:

Subject: Schedule for recertification of compliance with logbook and maintenance standards

Dear Generating Asset Owners:

We've received questions about the timing of and forms for recertification of compliance with maintenance and logbook standards.

This is to inform you that the following required filings will all be due on December 1, 2006:

1. Recertification for compliance with the Maintenance Standards (GO 167, Subsections 7.2, 15.1.1),

2. Recertification of the Logbook Verified Statement for thermal and hydroelectric facilities (GO 167, Subsections 5.3, 6.3, 15.1.1)

3. Maintenance Plan Summary (GO 167, Subsection 7.3)

We believe that this new schedule will be helpful to you in keeping track of the filing requirements of GO 167.
