The CPUC Energy Division has completed our review of proposals RFP 06PS5683.  We recognize that it takes a tremendous amount of effort to prepare proposals and we wish to thank the contractors who took the time to submit their proposals for consideration.

With this in mind, we intend to award contracts for the projects as follows:
