The Public Utilities Commission members, along with members of other State energy agencies, will hear panel discussion from individuals representing various viewpoints on the potential for a core/non-core retail electric market structure. Panelists will give reactions to the Division of Strategic Planning report, as well as an outline of an alternative structure from President Peevey, to be circulated prior to the meeting.
