The purpose of this Working Group 3 meeting is to discuss the investor owned utilities' preliminary AMI business case analyses that were filed with the Commission and obtain updates on the status of the research and evaluation associated with Statewide Pricing Pilot (SPP), Automated Demand Response System (ADRS) Pilot, and Information Display Pilot. The Water Division is hosting this continuation workshop to solicit public input on the need for modification of the Rate Case Plan for Class A Water Utility General Rate Applications (Commission Decision 90-08-045).
The purpose of the workshop is two fold:
To identify the least controversial issues in the Draft Proposed Rate Case Plan for Class A Water Utility General Rate Applications prepared by the Water Division and;
To discuss the necessary components of an interim rate case plan schedule for year 2004.

Rulemaking to Set Hourly Rates for Purposes of Calculating Intervenor Compensation Awards, Pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 1801 and Following, for Work Performed in Calendar Year 2005. The workshop in the above-entitled matter will be held before Administrative Law Judge Steve Kotz.
The Telecommunications Division has prepared Resolution T-16892, tentatively scheduled to be included on the
November 19, 2004 Commission agenda. This resolution will revoke 290 telecommunications authorities for failure to comply with Decision 93-05-010 Ordering Paragraph 4. The following authorities will be revoked:
