Decision (D.) 02-06-074 was adopted at the Commission meeting of June 27, 2002, and mailed to the parties on June 28, 2002. In the "Order" section of D.02-06-074, the decision inadvertently failed to note that Commissioner Wood voted against the adoption of D.02-06-074. Attached to this order is a revised page 13 to D.02-06-074. This revised page notes that Commissioner Wood dissented.
In accordance with Resolution No. A-4661, dated March 9, 1977, the Executive Director is authorized to sign this corrective order.
1. D.02-06-074 inadvertently failed to note that Commissioner Wood voted against the adoption of D.02-06-074.
2. Page 13 of D.02-06-074 should be corrected to reflect that Commissioner Wood voted against the adoption of D.02-06-074.
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Page 13 of Decision (D.) 02-06-074 shall be replaced with the attached revised page 13, which reflects that Commissioner Wood voted against the adoption of D.02-06-074.
2. This proceeding is closed.
This order is effective today.

ATTACHMENT
2. SCE is authorized to recover in rates all payments that SCE made or will make to the County pursuant to the settlement agreement through SCE's Annual Transition Cost Proceeding, or any other successor mechanism, subject only to SCE's prudent administration of the settlement agreement and the contract between SCE and the County.
3. This proceeding is closed.
This order is effective today.
