On February 17, 2004, Lad Lorenz, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Sempra Energy Utilities, met on behalf of Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) with Brian Prusnek, advisor to Cmmr. Kennedy, in San Francisco. Lorenz stated that in SoCalGas' comments to the ALJ's proposed decision (PD), SoCalGas generally supports the PD with a few exceptions. Specifically, Lorenz noted that the PD makes SoCalGas' Year 9 GCIM award "subject to refund or adjustment as may be determined by the Commission." Lorenz explained that this limitation is inappropriate.
