Kennedy, in San Francisco. Lorenz stated that in SoCalGas' comments to the ALJ's proposed decision (PD), SoCalGas generally supports the PD with a few exceptions. Specifically, Lorenz noted that the PD makes SoCalGas' Year 9 GCIM award "subject to refund or adjustment as may be determined by the Commission." Lorenz explained that this limitation is inappropriate.
