Any party who objects to extending the deadline for participation in the existing AG-ICE program for PG&E, as approved in D.05-06-016, from July 31, 2007 to December 31, 2007, shall file a response to the petition for modification
stating its reasons for such objection no later than Monday, June 18, 2007. 2. The filing of a response objecting to the extension of the deadline for PG&E's existing AG-ICE program to December 31, 2007 shall not preclude a party from filing an additional response to PG&E's petition for modification of D.05-06-016 within the usual time provided for in the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. 3. PG&E's motion for an order shortening the time to respond to its June 5, 2007 petition to modify D.05-06-016 is denied.
