The J. David Gladstone Institutes, a Testamentary Trust established under the Will of J. David Gladstone, Complainant, vs. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (U39E), Defendant (for an order requiring PG&E to immediately pay Complainant interest in the amount of Nine Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eight Four Dollars and Seven Cents ($949,784.07) on the amounts that PG&E overcharged Complainant between September 9, 2004 and October 12, 2007 for gas supplied to Complainant's building located at 1650 Owens Street in San Francisco. The requested interest is calculated based upon a rate of 10% per annum for the period from payment by Complainant of the Six Million Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen Dollars and Seventy-six Cents ($6,265,617.76) overcharged until refund of the principal was made on October 12, 2007.)
