becomes pages D-139 through D-146 of Appendix D. The LMT Technology Road map is
required by Resolution E-4385, Ordering Paragraph 6. Due to an administrative
oversight, this table was not included in the original filing.
In the
interest of administrative efficiency, PG&E is including as Attachment A only
those pages affected by this Amendment; PG&E is not re-filing the entire Annual
Report. A complete copy of PG&E's 2011 Annual Report, with the corrections and
