The source of carrier information is either the original application for certification in California or an update that has been provided by the company. While an effort has been made to keep information current, it is the carrier's responsibility to make available current, accurate information to the Commission. Please be aware that there may have been changes made to the area code portion of telephone numbers that have not been reflected on the lists.
