Effective October 6, 2007, the Telecommunications Division has revised the "Proposal and Advice Letter Filing Summary"  that telecommunications carriers are required to include with their advice letters.   This form, along with a list of keywords, is available for download in MS Word format.

New Advice Letter Filing Rules take Effect October 6, 2007

Commission Decision (D.) 07-09-019 adopted Specific Rules for the Telecommunications Industry to use in filing Advice Letters for informational filings and tariff changes.

New General Rules for filing Advice Letters (General Order 96B) were adopted by the Commission in D.07-01-024 and became effective July 1, 2007.
