Aglet filed a timely protest on March 21, 2000. Aglet protested 1) PG&E's Uncollectible Factor and 2) establishment of a new ESCMA to track the electric portion of the Gas & Electric Supply Expense Unbundled Cost Category (UCC).
On March 28, 2000, PG&E filed a reply to Aglet's protest. PG&E states that AL 1972-E is a compliance filing and has used the data as found in the appendices to the decision. Further, PG&E argues that the establishment of the ESCMA does not imply interim relief nor does it suggest a recovery mechanism.
