The Communications Division has prepared Resolution T-17279 for the June 24, 2010 Commission Meeting regarding Approval of Funding for the Race Telecommunications (U-7060-C) Mojave Air and Space Port Project from the California Advanced Services Fund, Amounting to $506,199.
The Communications Division e-mailed the Notice of Availability letter for this resolution to parties in accordance with PU Code Section 311(g)(1). Instructions and timelines on the filing of opening and reply comments as well as the service list for this resolution are included in the Notice of Availability. Draft Resolution L-397 authorizes disclosure of records of the California Public Utilities Commission Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigation of a railroad crossing accident which occurred on April 22, 2009, at Jackson Street Crossing in Riverside County.
Draft Resolution L-397 will be on the agenda at the Commission's July 8, 2010 meeting. The Commission may then vote on the resolution or it may postpone a vote until later. The Commission may adopt all or part of L-397, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare a different resolution.
On June 3, 2010, the draft resolution was circulated to the Resolution L-397 service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code Section 311(g) and Rule 14.2(c)(2) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Interested parties may review the draft resolution and service list at the "Currently Open for Comment" section of the Commission's Internet site at
www.cpuc.ca.gov.
Interested
parties may file comments on the draft resolution, and may file replies to comments. (Rule 14.5.) The original and two copies must be filed with the Legal Division by June 28, 2010, at the address set forth below. Reply comments must be filed by July 2, 2010. Commenters must also serve comments and reply comments on the service list. Commenters may send copies of comments and reply comments by electronic mail to the e-mail address below. Comments shall focus on factual, legal or technical error in the draft resolution, and reply comments shall be limited to identifying misrepresentations of law and fact contained in the comments of other parties. Parties may view comments at the Commission's San Francisco Office.

The Communications Division has prepared Resolution T-17268 for the July 8, 2010 Commission Meeting which approves Funding for the Siskiyou County Economic Development Council (SCEDC) Middle Mile Project from the California Advanced Services Fund (CASF) Amounting to $1,697,029. The Communications Division e-mailed the Notice of Availability letter for this resolution to parties in accordance with PU Code Section 311(g)(1). Instructions and timelines on the filing of opening and reply comments as well as the service list for this resolution are included in the Notice of Availability. The Communications Division has prepared Resolution T-17280 for the July 8, 2010 Commission Meeting which rescinds Resolution T- 17187 by Releasing California Advanced Services Fund (CASF) Grant Award to Broadband Associates International for the Highway 299 Project. The Communications Division e-mailed the Notice of Availability letter for this resolution to parties in accordance with PU Code Section 311(g)(1).
