This Resolution approves cost recovery for the long-term renewable energy power purchase agreement between SDG&E Company and NRG Solar Borrego I, LLC. Resolution L-420 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigation records concerning a railroad incident that occurred on June 2, 2009, at Clean Harbors in San Jose, California.

The Division of Water and Audits has prepared Resolution W-4885 for the September 8, 2011 Commission Meeting which approves San Jose Water Company's request in Advice Letter 415-A authorizing surcharges to recover $5,740,078, or an increase of 2.62% in annual metered revenue, for lost revenues due to mandatory conservation.

The Consumer Protection and Safety Division has prepared Resolution ST-132 for the September 22, 2011, Commission Meeting. The resolution grants the Consumer Protection and Safety Division final report titled, "2011 Triennial On-Site Safety Review of Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority," dated June 6, 2011. The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is ordered to implement the recommendations contained in the report and to provide monthly progress reports.

The Consumer Protection and Safety Division has prepared Resolution ST-134 for the September 22, 2011, Commission Meeting. The resolution grants approval of the "Safety Certification Plan for the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (SDMTS) Light Rail Vehicle Procurement" dated July 14, 2011. The Safety Certification Plan identifies SDMTS's scope of the Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) Procurement which ensures elements of the project critical to safety are planned, designed, constructed, analyzed, tested, inspected, implemented, ensures training is provided and rules and procedures are followed.
