Resolution L-438 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigation of an electric incident on June 6, 2012 at Ridgecrest, California, Kern County.
On June 25, 2012, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code Section 311(g) and Rule 14.5 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than July 23, and reply comments shall be served no later than July 27, 2012.
Res L-438 will be on the agenda at the August 2, 2012 Commission meeting. The Commission may then vote on this draft resolution, or it may postpone a vote.
When the Commission acts on the draft resolution, it may adopt all or part of it as written, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare its own order. Only when the Commission acts does the resolution become binding on the parties.

A Revised Draft Resolution L-436 will be circulated on July 13, 2012, comments will be due on July 27, 2012 and will be posted on the Commission's internet site. Draft Resolution L-436 will be taken off the agenda for the August 2, 2012 Commission Business Meeting and will be placed on the agenda for the Commission Business Meeting on August 23, 2012. Resolution L-439 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Consumer Protection and Safety Division's investigation of an electric incident on October 4, 2009 at Rancho Road and Rimrock Drive West in Thousand Oaks, California, once the investigation is complete.
On July 16, 2012, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code Section 311(g) and Rule 14.5 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than August 13, and reply comments shall be served no later than August 17, 2012.
Res L-439 will be on the agenda at the August 23, 2012 Commission meeting. The Commission may then vote on this draft resolution, or it may postpone a vote.

The Communications Division has prepared Resolution T-17376 for the August 23, 2012, Commission Agenda. This proposed resolution adopts the Universal LifeLine Telephone Service Trust Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2013-14.
