DECISION GRANTING CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
Southern California Edison Company (SCE) is granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to General Order 131-D authorizing the construction of approximately 1,200 feet of new 230 kilovolt single-circuit transmission line, or Tie-Line, that will connect a proposed 500 megawatt
simple-cycle power plant to the California Independent System Operator controlled grid at SCE's existing Walnut Substation in the City of Industry.
