8. Comments on Proposed Decision

The proposed decision of the ALJ in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311 and comments were allowed under Rule 14.3 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed by CLECA, Transphase, SCE and TURN. Reply comments were filed by CFBF and SCE. Additional comments were filed by SCE in response to the ALJ's July 31^st Ruling. The final decision adopted by the Commission has been revised, as appropriate, to reflect these comments and reply comments.
