DECISION 08-07-046 FILED BY THE GREENLINING INSTITUTE

1. Summary

This decision denies the petition to modify Decision 08-07-046 filed by the Greenlining Institute in light of the Commission's denial of the Greenlining Institute's application for rehearing, which raised identical issues. Therefore, the petition to modify is moot and hereby denied. There is no cost impact to ratepayers.
