9. Map of Service Territory

To be granted a CPCN for authority to provide local exchange service, an applicant must provide a map of the service territories it proposes to serve.⁴ In Exhibit 3 to its amended application, and in its Response, Inyo provided a map of the location of its proposed service territory, in compliance with this requirement.
