8. Request to File Under Seal

Applicant requests that the financial information filed in support of the application be kept under seal. The financial information consists of account statements for the three-month period beginning June 1, 2009 through August 31, 2009. Applicant represents that the information is proprietary and sensitive, and the information, if revealed, would place Applicant at an unfair business disadvantage. We have granted similar requests in the past and will do so here.
