DECISON GRANTING CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY TO ENTELEGENT SOLUTIONS, INC.

1. Summary

Entelegent Solutions, Inc. is granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 1001 to provide limited facilities-based and resold competitive local exchange services in the State of California.¹ The application is unopposed. This proceeding is closed.

¹ Although Entelegent Solutions, Inc.'s application, by its title, requests "Facilities-Based and Resold Local Exchange Service," the application itself only sought limited facilities-based authority. Applicant states it will provide service through the use of existing facilities and network elements of other carriers and/or its own facilities installed in existing building and structures. As a result, Applicant is granted authority for limited facilities-based service.
