1. Summary

Decision (D.) 09-10-028 approved a settlement agreement in the application of the Golden State Water Company (GSWC) for a general rate increase in its Bear Valley Electric Service division. On November 19, 2009, GSWC timely filed a Petition to Modify D.09-10-028 to address certain procedural mechanics and corrections. This decision grants the requested modifications.
