DECISION GRANTING CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
Blue Rooster Telecom, Inc. is granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 1001 to provide limited facilities-based and resold competitive local exchange and interexchange services, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.1 The application is unopposed. This proceeding is closed.
1 The caption on the application submitted by Blue Rooster Telecom, Inc. (Applicant) states that Applicant is requesting "facilities-based" competitive local exchange and "facilities-based" interexchange authority. However, the application itself clarifies that Applicant will be providing services only by installation "in or on existing structures." As a result, the applicant is deemed to be applying for limited facilities-based authority.
