DECISION MODIFYING DEMAND RESPONSE LOAD IMPACT
REPORT ANNUAL FILING REQUIREMENTS

1. Summary

This decision grants in part and denies in part the Petition for Modification filed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to simplify filing requirements associated with the annual demand response load impact reports. Beginning with the 2010 report, PG&E, Southern California Edison Company, and San Diego Gas & Electric Company (collectively referred to as the utilities) shall file an executive summary and summary tables. We retain the requirement for the utilities to serve all supporting tables required in the protocols on all parties, as specified in this decision and in Decision 08-04-050.
