(i) resold and facilities-based competitive local exchange service throughout the service territories of Pacific Bell Telephone Company, Verizon California, Inc., SureWest Telephone, and Citizens Telecommunications Company of California, Inc.; and (ii) resold and facilities-based interexchange service statewide.

DECISION GRANTING CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY TO AGNOSTIC NETWORKS, LLC

1. Summary

Agnostic Networks, LLC is granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 1001 to provide limited facilities-based and resold competitive local exchange and interexchange services in the State of California,1 on a detariffed basis, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. The application is unopposed. This proceeding is closed.

1 Agnostic Networks, LLC clarified that it seeks only limited facilities-based authority in response to an inquiry from the assigned Administrative Law Judge.
