6. Tariffs

Applicant filed draft tariff provisions in connection with its application. Applicant intends to provide services initially to business customers only but may offer services to residential customers in the future. The Commission staff reviewed Applicant's draft tariffs for compliance with Commission rules and regulations. The deficiencies are noted in Attachment A to this decision. In its compliance tariff filing, Applicant is directed to correct these deficiencies as a condition of our granting approval of its tariffs.
