6. Categorization and Need for Hearings

In Resolution ALJ 176-3249 dated February 2, 1010, the Commission preliminarily categorized this application as ratesetting, and preliminary determined that hearings were not necessary. No protests have been received. A public hearing is not necessary; therefore, it is not necessary to disturb the preliminary determinations. The preliminary ratesetting categorization is affirmed.
